Bridget Dromerick, LGPC

Bridget is a dedicated and compassionate professional counselor with experience working with a variety of individuals. She is particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent individuals and competitive athletes, ages 12 and up.

Bridget is a neurodiversity-affirming provider with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by ADHD and autistic individuals. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, she is committed to supporting individuals in embracing their neurodivergence and navigating the world in ways that honor their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and processing information. Bridget creates an inclusive and empowering space for clients to explore strategies that work for the specific needs, whether it’s in terms of communication, emotional regulation, or organizational skills.

Having grown up in the area and participating in a high level of her sport, Bridget is particularly knowledgable about the pressures and demands of competitive athletes, especially student-athletes. She understands the intense physical, mental, and emotional strains that comes with balancing academics, training, and competition. With this insight, she works to help athletes not only manage the stress of their commitments but also optimize their performance and well-being. Bridget is passionate about helping athletes find strategies to thrive both on and off the field, cultivating resilience, focus, and self-awareness, while supporting their overall mental and emotional health.
